Arrive Alive Chesterfield: Sober Ride Program was created by Chesterfield SAFE to give would-be impaired drivers a safe way home on high-risk holidays and events. Ultimately, the goal is to save lives and prevent traffic fatalities on roadways.

Rides are available if they originate in or have a destination in Chesterfield County. Credits can only be redeemed between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. You cannot schedule a pickup in advance. Rides are available while supplies last and will reset each day.

This program provides a free Uber or Lyft ride home up to $15. Users are financially responsible for anything over $15.
